Delete your data
Submit a request form to have your user data deleted from the Budgery app.
Budgery is an independent app made by ShakSphere. This page explains how to
request deletion of the data associated with your Budgery account.
How to request deletion
1. Enter the name and the email address associated with your Budgery account
in the form below.
2. Submit the form. This sends us a deletion request for that account.
3. We will action it and email you to confirm once it is done.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your
account, including:
– Your account and sign-in email
– Your tasks, subtasks, notes, schedule and time blocks
– Your streak history, XP and level, and rewards or unlocks
– Your budgie personality and customisation preferences
– Any optional preference or persona answers you gave in the app
What may be kept, and for how long
– We delete your account and task data within 30 days of your request.
– We may retain limited records we are legally required to keep, such as
transaction records held by Google Play Billing for tax and accounting
purposes. These are controlled by Google, not by Budgery, and are kept only
as long as the law requires.
– Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be
retained.
